I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Lancaster for a few nights and was thoroughly impressed. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to still receive a delicious full hot breakfast, served by an employee. The breakfast was excellent, despite some guests getting huffy about the new service style. Another highlight was the fantastic pool, which was perfect for the kids. Lastly, I must mention the hotel's pet-friendly policy, which is something I truly appreciate. There was a sweet stray cat named "Hampton" who made my stay even more special. As someone with severe PTSD, Hampton's unexpected comfort and companionship meant the world to me. The hotel even built her a little house outside to ensure her wellbeing. This level of care and attention is truly top-notch.
